Prologue

Yes, Mr.Om Kasera (AIR 17/ CSE 2011), in his infinite awesomeness and generosity, has sent me his Diagrams for Public Administration (Mains) Exam, so that all the aspirants can benefit from it. Download link (ZIP File) at the bottom of this article.
And If I’m not mistaken, he is the only second person in the History of UPSC Toppers, having  done this, apart from the Ghanshyam Thori(AIR 25/CSE 2009).

He said and I quote

For Pub Ad diagrams: I have taken these diagrams for a UN website, link of which is  http://unpan3.un.org/published/launch/1343/Course2464/Launch.html?LockModuleID=11381&redirect=true%20%20 . You can see original diagrams here, but these are selective diagrams that i filtered out of 150-200 odd diagrams, most of which are irrelevant. Also try to incorporate these diagram creatively as per question requirement. e.g. Public trust diagram may be used for good governance, obj of pub ad etc… Similarly each diagram can be used in more than one way and that would depend upon the candidate’s understanding of the subject and question.

• These are not some kind of panacea that you will read and become IAS. These were written by me for my preparation that may not work for you. So, use these judiciously and for supplementing your preparation. Also these notes are written as summary of main points related to the topic. So, pls see details in relevant reference books or on internet. I hope that for some of you at least, this will be useful.
