i had a query regarding my eligibility. i will be graduating in may 2015; can i sit for CSAT 2014? or is it only after i graduate ? the wording of UPSC are not very clear on this, could guide me?

if you want to sit for CSAT 2014, then you’ll need the marksheet of final year before the September 2014 (to attach with your mains application form).
Therefore you cannot sit in 2014′s exam.

Refer to IGNOU BA and MA booklets on Sociology. They’re available in Hindi.

Neeraj Singh’s notes are in docx and pptx format (ie. they open well in MS word/powerpoint 2007, 10 and 13) but will not display properly in older software (Word 97, Word 2003).
