for public administration fadia and fadia or sadana and sharma(any one) , administrative thinkers by prasad & prasad plus pub.admin by laxmikanth….. plus notes by mohanty…most imp. BA/ MA Ignou books……revise as many times for clear cut idea… don’t get confused for many options… study few books but revise as many times.
