  5. Sir. Isn’ t the answer for Q no.12 is ‘D’. Because the ARC II in its report has recommended subsidiarity and PRIS has also been recommended in the 6th pay commission? And also regarding Q no. 1, Rakhine hills is situated in Myanmar but the answer shows it as northeast India. Please clarify. Thanks.
