Q. Tell us something about yourself. When and why did you enter in the competitive exam field?

I always think of the line something is missing in my life(I should live my mark). How to do this? For the 1st time I saw the statue of Late Chadalavada Umesh Chandra (IPS) in SR NAGAR, Hyderabad during my project work at hyderabad (2006). I read about him, got inspired and Wana do something like him. So choose to become an IPS officer (CSAT 1st attempt failed). So I had to decide to make into the department by other options. Cleared IB written and failed in interview. So focused on CAPF (AC) 2011 and finally made it.

Physical Test/Medical Checkup

Q. To pass Physical Efficiency Tests (PET), what preparation did you do at home? How hard is the fitness test?

I had taken tips from my PET sir (School) and practiced at home for about an hour daily. It is not that hard to clear PET but one has to follow the rules of the game.
