Mrunal observes:
- Prelim cutoff is lowest in last three years (2015, 2016, 2017), due to tough GS Paper in Prelim-2017 where guessmastergiriTM had less utility than in previous two years.
- From 2011 to 2014, Prelim Paper –II (Aptitude) marks were also counted in the preparation of prelim result, so they’ve high cutoffs. It’ll be irrational to compare those years, with last three prelims.
- Mains-2017 has highest cutoff (gen.cat) in last three years, on account of relatively easier papers than past.
