  • (3) funding for Kopparthy node on the Vishakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor and Orvakal node on Hyderabad-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor.
  • (4) Grants for regions of Rayalaseema, Prakasam and North Coastal Andhra.

👛Budget-2024: infra → Bihar

  • Amritsar Kolkata Industrial Corridor pe – industrial node at Gaya.
  • road connectivity projects, namely (1) Patna-Purnea Expressway, (2) Buxar-Bhagalpur Expressway, (3) Bodhgaya, Rajgir, Vaishali and Darbhanga spurs, and (4) additional 2-lane bridge over river Ganga at Buxar.
  • Union to support/fastrack Bihar Govt’s loan-application to multilateral development banks.
  • Disaster assistance: Bihar suffered from floods; Kosi-Mechi intra-state link (2) disaster funds for – Assam, – Himachal Pradesh, – Uttarakhand, – Sikkim for flash floods and landslides
  • Temple tourism: (1) Vishnupad Temple at Gaya (2) Mahabodhi Temple at Bodh Gaya (3) Comprehensive development of Vishnupad Temple Corridor and Mahabodhi Temple Corridor to transform them into world class pilgrim and tourist destinations. (3) – Rajgir which holds immense religious significance for Hindus, Buddhists and Jains.
  • Purvodaya, for the all-round development of the eastern region covering Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Odisha and Andhra Pradesh.
