[RTI] APFC-2012: No. of Applicants Categorywise, Jim Yong Kim Booklet “D”, Answerkeys (Not given)

Hi friends,
Today I gave a phone call to the UPSC in pursuit of APFC 2012 result. I got the reply that it MIGHT be declared in February 2013, and also told me to ask after 12-15 days.But the attendant did not tell the reason for the delay. No worry guys, we are patient enough to wait for further 12-15 days.Good Luck and HAPPY WAITING.

airforce wale ka result to agya..

no one loses anything in waiting as long as he is doing something constructive.result will come someday. by waiting there is no way one’s chance will be snatched away by somebody. we have given and there is no chance we can improve of what we have written. what we can improve is preparing for the interview or preparing for UPSc prel. and that way we lose nothing but value adding the chance of getting it to Commissioner post. wish you all the best for the result!

hi friends my score is 52 in sc category what are my chances,in above RTI it has been unravelled that only 39600 applicant were there.

Whereas, Labour and Employment Department vide letter No. L&E/EPO/15/2006 dated 13.04.2011 referred 06 posts of Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner to the J&K Public Service Commission for selection of suitable candidates ;and

Whereas, the said posts were advertised by the Commission vide Notification No.08-PSC of 2011 dated 28.04.2011; and

Whereas, in order to restrict the candidates to be called for interview in the ratio of 1:3 under rule 40 of J&K PSC Business and Procedure Rules 1980 , a Screening Test of the candidates, who had applied against the above Notification was conducted on 04.09.2011 ; and

Whereas, the result of the Screening Test was declared by the Commission vide Notification No. PSC/EXAM/11/115 dated 13.09.2011; and

Whereas, the category wise provisional cut off merit for shortlisting the candidates emerged as under;-

Whereas, among other candidates one Sh. Rajat Mahajan S/o Rakesh Gupta R/o 45-MIG Phase I, Housing Colony, Udhampur possessing PG Diploma in Business Administration issued by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad securing 76 marks in the Screening Test was also shortlisted; and

Whereas, the essential qualification for the said post is MBA/M.Com/MFC and there is no provision for equivalent qualification for the post in the Recruitment Rules governing the Services; and

Whereas, the qualification of PG Diploma in Business Administration issued by the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmadabad cannot be considered as equivalent qualification prescribed for the post, as per Recruitment Rules.

Now therefore, in view of the above, the candidature of Sh. Rajat Mahajan S/o Rakesh Gupta is hereby revoked, as he doesnot posses the requisite qualification notified in the Advertisement Notification.
