I’ve closed the comment system, because aspirants wasting too much time in debate, rather than studying.
UPSC has uploaded the halltickets for CSAT-2014. No change in exam date. It’s same 24th august 2014, Sunday. No change in exam structure- same two papers. No change in negative marking, same 33%.

Warning
- For entering date of birth while downloading admit card: select year first, then month and then date in the end..else it will not get selected.
- any discrepancy in name, parent’s name, photo then send mail to web-upsc@nic.in
- You’ve to tick OMR answers only in BLACK pen. Otherwise you paper will not will evaluated.
- I recommend you bring clipboard. Reason: Sarkaari colleges and highschools have benches have rough surface and holes. It’ll “injure” your OMR sheet while you’re marking answer in black pen.
- if you’ve applied twice, then Use HIGHER REGISTRATION number while downloading the hallticket.
- If your hallticket doesn’t have clear photo/signature, you will have to bring a photo identity proof viz. Adhar Card, Driving License, Passport, Voter I Card etc. and two passport size photographs one for each paper with an undertaking.
- Save your own hallticket PDF file in google drive. So there is no fear of misplacing/forgetting roll number.

After 3 day report disnt come but upsc back with its usual kaam dandha as if nthing happened….. can UPSC stand against t political high drama…. I think climax of drama is sill left …keep watching…(carry on ur preperation anyway)

This was the opportunity UPSC and govt had to correct the discrimination it is doing by taking out CSAT. If UPSC can translate the paper in Hindi why not other languages?. Anyways all the best to all.

Sir upsc site says I didn’t fill part 2 of online registration so no admit card.
Sir I filled part one then I got registration ID mail…then I uploaded scanned pic n signature. N then I made online pymt. I also received a message from bank that RS 100 deducted to upsc. Plz help how to get admit card as without uploading scanned pic n signature…there’s no payment option. N I have pymt proof.

या फिर अपना नाम, अपने पिताजी का नाम और अपने जन्म तिथि के नाम से चेक कीजिये|

what procedure u followed last year to get hallticket as I am facing the same problem, I have mailed upsc with my payment details.
Have you selected the prelims exam centre which is coming only after all other procedures are over. Your application will be considered complete only after completing that step too. There is a possibility of many people making this mistake because the exam centre which we select in the beginning is that of mains not for prelims.

No signature on my card either
I have received two hall tickets as I had applied twice (since I got e-mail from UPSC stating my application is not complete for the first time). Please let me know which one to consider, do I have to go to centre which has higher RID or any centre of either hall ticket is fine.
