To check the result, keep two things ready:

AND (if you’ve the time and mood) Post your score, experience and wisdom for the future aspirants, in the comments below.
Those who couldn’t make it- there is no need to lose hope. Whatever you’ve prepared for economy, reasoning, maths, English – that’ll continue helping you direct/indirectly in any other exam you appear in, but you must sustain the study-momentum, good vacancies will keep coming. (check the right hand side column of this page.)

First Week of January
- Interview call letters will be released.
- You’ll have to download them from the official website of IBPS
Third Week of January
- The participating banks will start interviews.
- Minimum qualifying marks in interview will not be less than 40% for general category and (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
March 2014
- Final Allotments of probationary officers / Management trainees based on their written + interview score.
- weightage of written : Interview score in final merit list= 80:20

@Mrunal sir:I lost my application soft copy as my hard disk crashed and i dont even have a hard copy. it’s given in the notification that application print out is compulsory at the time of interview.. is there any alternative?
Don’t worry they will activate the link to download your application just before the interview dates. Last time this thing happend in PO-II

What is the ratio of interview call to that of actual vacancies?? (Like in Pvt companies they call 20 person and select 2 only)

yes, i may have read it somewhere else i don’t remember exactly…but drawing inference from 2012 results 61000 candidates were called for interview for roughly 22000 seats
It was mentioned in SBI PO 2013 selection advt that the ratio will be 3:1=written qualified:vacancy
The advt mentioned it as “The aggregate marks of candidates qualifying in both the Objective Tests and Descriptive Test will be arranged in descending order in each category and the candidates in the order of merit, subject to 3 times the number of vacancies in each category, will be called for Group Discussion and Interview. The qualifying marks in Group Discussion & Interview will be as decided by the Bank ”
But there is nothing like this mentioned in IBPS PO ADVT.

This was my maiden attempt and fortunately or unfortunately could not clear the hurdle but nevertheless I have no regrets because if it is PO, then may be something else but the SHOW MUST GO ON!

thanx mrunal sir ….this was the first time i gave ibps po ….ur guidance was rhe only help….even though i had high fever on the day of the xam….i made it to the interview, a pleasant shock, ….pls do give us some guidance on how to face the interview…..
i m out as usual i m appearing for last 2 year almost every bank exam po1-187 score but lost by 1 mark in descriptive po2-144 got syndicate in 2nd list but my obc certificate was the problem as we have reservation in state but not in central so lost the chance and now po3-fail too depressed attemped 121 90% accuracy feeling lost in life family is not supporting for studies going all through this as well fighting with them and with myself lost all hope and confidence i dont want to die like this bearing failure unable know the problem behind all this i m sure with my topics still the result is out

score 3 marks in computer attempted 18 for sure, i was sure that comp & gk will help me scoring but how this happened cant understand last year i scored 38 in comp in rrb po 2 too i scored 24 but this is really shock to me overall score 63 gen i m good in comp and in exam too comp section on 26 oct was easy

I just checked my result. I cleared test.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake in application form. Instead of aggregate marks of graduation (63.11%), I entered final year marks (66.33%). I mailed IBPS about the same, but did not get any reply. Helpline is busy.
Can they reject my application because of this??? Please tell me…..

Its the final year marks only that matters. Aggregate is not counted unless it is specifically mentioned in the form.
For all the exams its the final year marks coz your degree is issued on the Final year marks only.
