Candidates qualified for Paper-III for the post of Statistical Investigator/Compiler may note that they should appear in Paper-III, only if they possess the educational qualification prescribed for the post.

With the official key I had 115 …and still dere were some mistakes in the key…after all that rectification I were having around 120…fortuitously my name is not in the list …what should I do….wait till d marklists are out or wat?

Akthar, I presume that something either went wrong or some foul play at Eastern region. Because, i have a similar case as well.
they have not disclosed the marks :|

that depends on marks. lower marks cut off for tax assistant. read the second document on result page (ssc onofficial website)
you will have to appear for tier 2 exam and if u clear cutoffs after tier 2 .. u will get tax assisstant jobs … but the question here is .. that if u perform exceptionally well in tier 2 .. will u be eligible for interview posts .. ?? have to enquire about that

those who are confused for cat 1/2/3 .. cat 1 or 2 or 3 means that something extra category with 1 category. example if someone is from SC Category then he/she will be under cat 1 and if he/she is also physically handicapped then cat 2 also if the candidate is suppose ex service man then cat 3..

The list doesn’t show YES infront of my name. I m from OBC quota. And checked answer key previously nd scored 91. I was pretty sure to clear. But its a great shock to know the results. However I still believe that I hav scored more thn 85.!! Can anybody suggest me what should I do or where should I contact. Any RTI option????
if ur name is shows in list it means u r qualified for tier 2
if thee is no ‘yes’ in front of ur name, means u r not qualified/applied for statistical invigilater.
the Yes is for Paper 3 statistical investigator .. if ur name is in the list u r qualified Kavita ji .. :/

some are posting that they inspite of getting 130+ yet thy couldnt clear(even they cross checked their omr sheet) , thn how is it possibe that they didnt clear ??? any tel pls :(
i m one of the case, inspite of getting 120+ could not cleared in reserved category, i will take the route of RTI once ssc will put the marks on website.

In case if you have done some mistakes in filling the omr like name etc thn inspite of what marks you are getting you will not be qualified. When the marks list will be uploaded then check if you have been awarded 0 marks. if not thn file RTI .

CGLE 2013 notification says – The Commission shall have the discretion to fix different minimum qualifying standards in each component of the Tier-I Examination..
which effectively means it may fix minimum cutoff in one or all the four individual sections..so may be you guys didn’t clear one of those sectional cut off…………………….

I was expecting 125+ according to ssc answer key but I didn’t qualified. Let’s hope we all get a 0 coz there is no chance of not getting qualified

I didn’t get marks as high as yours but according to ans key I have 98.25 but I have around 4 ans wrong due to the wrong key so I shudnt get below 100 at all…but my name not on even tax assistant list..

Yes you have qualified. YES represents whether you have qualified for Statistical Investigator or not.
Yes is for those candidates only who opted for the post of stats and complier post and are qualified for paper 3 of tier 2. . Rest ( for whom yes is not written) are qualified for all other posts.

My category is OBC.
According to answer keys provided by ssc my marks in tier 1–108.25.
And i filled the post of tax assistant during form filling.
But my name is in list-1 only but not in list -2 (list for tax assistants).
What will be the possible reason for this.
If anybody do have any info which can help please share it.

You have qualified for All Post ,that mean you have also qualified for Tax Assistant .List 2 has only those name who have qualified for Tax assistant only, So nothing to worry , just focus on preparation.
