Candidates qualified for Paper-III for the post of Statistical Investigator/Compiler may note that they should appear in Paper-III, only if they possess the educational qualification prescribed for the post.

if a student qualified in tier-1 for all post and he did not give the preference for tax assistant while filling the application form, then would he eligible for tax assistant post????
They will just follow what preference you have given. Filling the form is a harder task than appearing for the exams. There is no point in arguing with them later…
sir I want to know that if I have applied for statistical investigator and even qualified for the same paper but do not possess the necessary qualification so not giving the paper -3 .Does it make me ineligible for other posts also???? ply help

You may skip paper 3. It doesn’t matter.

My father’s name in X & XII certificates is “UMA SHANKAR PRASAD” while it is “UMASHANKAR PRASAD” in Graduation & in CGLE 2013, will it be a problem ?

man no need to worry at the time of document verification you have to give an affidavit regarding ur issue so no worries :D

No it will not be a great problem, but yes always remember that while filling the application form fill only the name as indicated in your tenth marksheet…..

i also qualify T1 and name k aage yes h, means for stats/compiler but mere paas to maths ya eco nahi thi, jo iske liye essential qualification h, so kya muje disqualify kr denge?

no…. they dn’t disqualify you if you does not give the exam of paper 3 in tier 2. (yes if u will give the exam)

I am SC candidate,i have got around 100 in TIER-1.At the time of filling up the form, this exam was alien to me which resulted in a blunder that i ended up filling INTERVIEW POSTS only.Now i am in a huge dilemma that what should be my score in order to get a confirm selection.I mean to say approx score,TIER 1+TIER 2.Please advice me a safe score so that i could plan my studies according to that. I welcome & demand your suggestions.Please remember that i have option of INTERVIEW POSTS only.

Yes sunil u need to have an affidavit signed by notary for this as even i spelling errors in my name but i changed it and got my new name registered with the gazette (i also have a paper cutting for name change). See if you can try this option. If you call them and ask they wil say everythng is perfect but its a pain in the neck while document verification…

Yes, Preeti SSC did make some changes this year for some posts. You are eligible till 30. Please do refer to next years notification too.
Mrunal..If you can kindly devote a few minutes to this query of mine…Can anyone pls clear what’s meant by CAT1,CAT2 and CAT3 columns in the merit list. Some candidates have been marked with some digits like 1,2,3,6 etc.under those columns? I have a blank space under those columns.
