Its not downloading..help me out please.
Thank-you MrunalJi
sir please if possible give political science notes……
Thanks alot…
This post has very good timing when i was truly searching for such notes to make my own.
PLEASE REQUEST HIM TO WRITE ANSWER WRITING STRATEGY
its very generous to have shared his notes with all the aspirants…..but i believe there are blunders in this note….
i downloaded geomorphology notes and on 2nd page itself its written that rain washed away basalt creating oceanic and continent plate of basalt and granite respectively…….
on 3rd page the stages of star life cycle is wrong…
on 7th page p-wave is given as transverse wave and s-wave as longitudinal wave….i believe the opposite is true.
(other than this the analogy for longitudinal wave can never be water ripple which is transverse)
on 8th page the cause for plastic nature of asthenosphere is given as radioactive decay……infact radioactive decay is the source of heat that melted earth causing its stratification…….asthenosphere gets its plastic nature due to abundance of olivine minerals
on 19th page again p-wave is compared with sound wave which in my opinion is wrong
on page 30 pliestocene is mentioned as part of tertiary period….infact it should be pliocene
on page 55 the thunderstorm after 3pm in equatorial areas shuld be explained on basis of strong convection due to heating and not on basis of cold air mass in this region
i am really sorry for my obnoxious comment but apart from these i found many other mistakes not worth mentioning…….this poor quality diminishes my enthusiasm to study these notes….not to be rude but i highly doubt that a 138 rankholder could ever ill effort such notes.
Thanks Sourav for bringing this to light.
Don’t be that rough man. These are his class notes. Seems like his tuition ‘master’ was not well eqipped. In spite of that he managed 138, great feat!
One who has done post graduation in geography, may apply for ifs or not….
how are you prepare the upsc exam and main subjet how are you
Hey Mrunal sir and V P Gautam Sir. It is really so generous of you to share such awesome stuff and take a dig @ coachingwallahs. We the
aspirants community will always be indebted to you. Mrunal Sir, sorry for being naive but since I donot have geography optional and I am
preparing for 2015 CSE so which topics out of those 6 would be helpful and in direct resemblance to GS1?
If Mrunal sir doesn’t get the time to answer, can I kindly request other fellow brothers & sisters to kindly pinpoint the requisite topics! I
would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
By GS1 I mean GS 1 of Mains as I am doing integrated study so preparing for those topics would simultaneously help in prelims. Please answer my question.
Arey yaar! Koi toh bata do please..
I guess it will be good for you if you check it yourself. Check out syllabus and previous year questions.
I checked and couldn’t understand thats why I am asking yaar.. Help me out..Just enumerate the topics and sub-topics and rest I will manage. Thanks in advance.
Hi Abhishek,
Plz explore the feature “Search B4 Asking” at top left on this website.
And hope would also like to visit “Study plan” pages as well.
Hello Abhishek………. optional choice depends upon ur interest in the subject…. well i my opinion sociology is better related to gs 1
like SHGs, social dimentions etc…… see the syllabus of both then rest is your choice…
IFS 2014 result is out……seems cs mains result is coming guys…..
Thank you :)
its going to be quite useful
Thanks a lot sir. This notes is very nice and helpful
Mrunal sir please upload for pubad as well.,if possible .. If not notes can u please ask last year toppers to just list down the sources especially for paper 2..your strategy lists paper 1 only ..so facing difficulty in paper 2..
Thanks Mrunal sir and VP Gautam Sir for what you are doing…. It means a lot for all the aspirants……
thanx a lot both of u sirs.
