UPSC is yet to divulge information related to cutoff marks and official answerkey but hope it’ll happen soon because the exam process is finally over so RTI-stonewalling unlikely to work.

Essay is all about presentation. I just put across broad headings and included bullets and half sentences. I read a lot so i think that helped. Dont go by coaching class instructions. Please focus on getting the point across cleanly and clearly without flourishes… That is all there is to essays. And as with any mains paper your knowledge matters
GM cutoff will never b below obc cutoff. If so the obc ppl will be simply grouped into general category with same cutoff..

Moral of the story- My Pub ad papers went very good. Just missing the margin by 29 marks. I was sure to score around 100 in paper 1 which in-spite of having some out of syllabus questions went very good. New comers please stay away from choosing this stupid optional. No strategy works in this. An opaque organisation with no declared guidelines on how papers are being checked and evaluated.
Going to appear again but with different optional. All the best for prelims.

I am not able to view the marks for UPSC CS mains 2014 not qualified candidates. I am using the login details given to me during DAF filling. Also when I am trying to register again then its saying already registered.
