Questions seem easy but due to confusing options, its a bit difficult to get good marks. Cut Off may be anything … Between 50 to 100 … More u analyse more negatives u get … Around 14,000 candidates will qualify … This time the situation is not like previous year … Full Marks is only 200 …. Paper -1 Only, Where scoring 80 is also considered very best to qualify … & only top performers will cross 100 … Below 100 also qualify …

“The FFC has not made any
recommendation concerning sector
specific-grants unlike the Thirteenth
Finance Commission”
page no. 131 not 137
page 152 of ffc report:
“We would like to bring on record some important requests received by us for sector-
specific grants and comment on them for consideration by the alternative institutional arrangement
proposed for the purpose, as a part of the fiscal space of the Union”
page 131 of es 2015 volume 1:
“The FFC has not made any recommendation concerning sector specific-grants unlike the Thirteenth
Finance Commission”
so the right answer is only (a)
a good example of syntax!
which means it actually made the recommendation for the sector specific grants!
