By mistake , I have written question paper number where we are supposed to fill answer sheet number , on Attendance sheet. Later I corrected it by overwritting neatly. It became a bit darker.
However my OMR answer sheet entries are absolutely fine , just on attendace sheet , there was a problem !!

when the RBI reduces the SLR by .50 basis point-
a. india GDP growth increases
b. FII may bring more capital
c. Banks may cut their lending rates
d. it may drastically reduce the liquidity to banking system
Now according to CL and vajiram key option (C) is correct…
but according to me if RBI reduce SLR then bank will have more money (=.5% of net time and fixed deposit ) to distribute as a loan so it will increase lending rate and this way bank will have .5% less liquidity……
so according to my knowledge answer should be (D)….any IDEA?
@Atul: Lending rate is the rate at which the bank is lending(not how much it is lending).In order to incentivise public to take loans,it will decrease the lending rate so that loan becomes cheaper and people borrow more.So option C is correct

you have wrong concept about demand and supply.
decreasing slr is a quantitative monetary policy tool of rbi to increase money supply . banks have more money to lend as a result banks may decrease interest rate on loans . less interest rate , more loans taken , more bussiness expansion more jobs more economic growth

I am getting min 85 max 100 ….huge variation because of so much of confusion in the keys of various institutes.

Brilliant boy you! Equatorial cirrents arise because of trade winds and rotation of earth contributes marginally. Pseudoforce due to rotation would lead to equatorial not counter equatorial current.
your psedu force does not apply at equator. Corriolis force is zero so earth rotation will have no effect here. B should be the option.

sham on u Mudassir. before making such comment chullu bhar pani me markar dub jao tum. mrunal sir prelims expert ke degree lekar ni baithe huye hi samjhe. it is his greatness that with his tired less endevour he is contributing a lot for few papers like paper-3rd. u need around 8 -10 experts to answer exactly all the prelims question. ab mrunal koi shaktiman to ni hi kee saree expertt mrunal me samay ho. moreover he is providing this service for free. what else u need man. u must apologizes if u hv understood

last year’s topper 2015……miss ira shingal ……prelim marks are paper1- 76 and paper 2 – 130………….it gives you a rough idea………. final cutoff for prelim 2015 will be oc-70-75…..obc 65-70 . cutoff means last selected candidate……. not toppers.
last year Rank 3/4 — GS1 134 — abb kya ?
but average scores are around 80s-<90s……
look , at an average a gen student scores 52-53 Qs in csat so almost 130+ marks and 35+ Qs in gs so it means at an average 90% gen students followed this pattern in last year so 70+ marks for each gen student , now this year csat lost its shine and gs was easy as compared to last year and there will be 10+ rise in scoring so a gen student has to score minimum 80+ marks but total competition in gen would let gen students to cross minimum cut off between 90 -92 marks . So this year gen cut off will be around 90 marks and for st category above 75+ marks. Those getting as
GEN – 88-93 OBC- 86-90 SC-78- 83 ST- 75-80
SHOULD START PREPARING and i can be sure for this analysis .
last year prediction was 220 but was finally 205 marks so dont believe everything u come across just start preparing if u r scoring that minimum . ALL THE BEST , see u in mains ………..

Friends those who are saying scored above 100 after 1/3 deduction they are just show off and beating the bush I am very sure cut off will not more than 80 myself score is 85-90 ,bring even more than 90 in this type of paper like reach at the moon without a spacecraft so please don’t think about cutoff think about tens off
By Predicting high cutoffs , some people are reducing competetion through mind game. Beware, every thoughts that you are not selected will reduce passion to prepare for Mains
Hey please help me….during my paper 2 in upsc prelim I came to know that the invigilator has not filled the test booklet series code which is to be filled by her near her signature ..I have filled the details which a candidate is supposed to filled ..will it create problem?

in my class also she didn’t fill serise and signature space,
i ask during last 15 min that they forgot to fill but she replied that they will fill and sign each omr after final bell,
and not to disturb you during exam crusial last minutes.
i check at last they collect all omr and signing all .

You never know. I will be better if you start preparing otherwise when the result comes and you have cleared , you will be kicking yourself cursing why didn’t you start. If you may not have cleared the studies will not go waste but rather help you for next time. Choice is yours
