getting 118-125 in gs nd decent marks in csat ..sure about clearing .. due 2 my capf(fair chances dis year) ,cdse,cgl preparation nd ur nd rati mam’s awesome video lectures.. now d real problem occurs ..i hv no preparation 4 mains, no writing practice, no coaching, took economics as an optional .totally relied on ur videos,working professional, not gettng vibes of making through in mains ..should i quit my job nd take chance 4 mains(not even familer with d struture of mains)..?

After completion of my master degree two years ago I decided to crack CSE and want to be a honest and powerful officer (as like every ones dream). I m from lower middle class family but still my parents provided me education till P.G and In our cast I am among the few girls who studied to the P.G. But after my such good degree I dont take job at my P.G Placement and decided for civil services, because I want to do something for my counry and most prime reason is I dont want to live common life which most of girl have to live. dis is my second attempt I worked hard time but I dont knw ds time I m not able to clear prelim but I have trust and hundred percent confidence that in next try I definitely clear all stage. this time I gave my 100 percent then for next year I wl put my 200 percent, but my parents lost their faith on me and also relatives and now they dont want to give me one year. Friends what should I do? My parents dont understant the seriousness of exam the level of exam they will not give me one next chance and want tht I also live my life like other girls and leave this exam be-xam IAS-BiAS. this all for high profile class not for us and we have to live like middle class as we are.

Funda objective of panchayat wala question
1. People participation and decentralisation all agrees
2. but political accountability ……. yes because election of panchayat every five years and Gram sabha to ask question can check records etc
3. Financial mobilisation ………. yes because pachyat has given delegated finances 73 74 amendment + Gram panchayat given power to tax see list in schedule 11 and 12……… And Gram sabha can decide priorities to expenditure

please see into the question asked understand it question asks about fundamental objective, the core objective. the main , core objective was democratic decentralisation and from it follows people participation. financial mobilisation and political accountability are secondary objectives .
