Civil Services Examination-2015
in an unprecedented display of efficiency and transparency, just a day after UPSC declared the final result of Civil services exam 2015, now they’ve uploaded the cutoff marks as well.
Prelim Paper-II marks were not counted in Mains-selection.
In the Civil Services Examination, 2015 the minimum qualifying standards (marks)/marks secured by the last recommended candidate in various categories at various stages are as under:

Is the prelims paper 2 mark counts in mains?
No, it is only a qualifying paper.

i got 128.31 in upsc prelims 2015 still i am not qualified…though the cutoff was 108

When is the results coming out ?
Becoz u scored much higher than the cuttoff …UPSC doesnt need high caliber candidate like you.This might be the reason of your disqualition in prelims 15.

Sir what Will be the cut off for csat mostly around and how can u say that is equal to 33 percent
Are you a mad? you say that the person who secured more mark than cutoff is not selected. This is a hypothetical concept. plz do not say that type of statement.
Minimum 10% required in every gd paper …and cutoff is calculated for all paper of mains

Sir, if I choose the mathematics option for mains level in upsc exams then the cut off will differ according to the subject
Is there sectional cut off in GS II CSAT paper. I heard some people saying that there is and UPSC doesn’t disclose the information regarding sectional cut off. Is there any likely to disqualify in paper 2 despite the fact that the candidate scores 33% plus marks?
