SSC CGL 2014 Postponed to second half of 2014
Background: Earlier, SSC Combined Gradulate Level exam (CGL 2014) was to be held on 27th April and 4th May 2014.
- But now SSC has decided to postpone this exam.
- This exam will be held in second half of 2014 (Meaning July or afterwards)
Why? Because
- On 27th April: SSC has to hold 2013’s re-exam. [and many of 2013’s player would have re-applied for 2014’s cycle as well.]
- General election. =>
- many sarkaari school/colleges will be used for storing & counting EVM = can’t spare them as exam centre
- All police occupied on election-duty=> hence cannot focus on Nakal-Mafia of Gangetic plains.

For All SSC – Re exam 2013 Candidates-
All such candidates who were actually present and had correctly coded their roll no., ticket no and name may download their e-admit card from the link given below. Admit cards to all such candidates have also been sent by post and would also be informed of the re-exam through SMS on their registered mobile phones.
If any candidate was present on the dates mentioned above, but his/her name is missing for downloading the admit card, he/she should contact the Commission’s Office at Allahabad on any working day, but not later than 23rd April,2014 alongwith his/her old admit card, ID Proof and Question Booklet no./Test Form no.
