Job bond system applies in United India AO
- In case any candidate is still unaware: United India insurance AO job requires you to sign a bond for four years, otherwise damages equivalent to 1 year’s salary, will have to be paid.

I started wid COMPUTER. It was very easy of all other section one could attempt 20 of 20 in jus 7min.

Hello everybody, I would suggest only one thing to each and every aspirant. Practice typing coz the descriptive paper was computer based and not pen-paper based and also there is no gap between the objective and subjective paper, as soon as the time for objective papers finishes the subjective paper starts and in 30 mins you have to attempt 3 questions alongwith typing so advise would be to increase your typing speed.
Attempted 140, GA-31, ENG-35, COMP-20 ,QA-27,reasoning-27; subjective- attempted 2Q , 3rd Ans was half done ;wl not b considered as submitted ans as I forgot to click the submit button.
GA was moderate, daily reading of news ppr is enough to ans 20+ Q. English was easy,Comp very easy; QA 20 easy to moderate,rest calculation intensive. Reasoning was moderate. 110+ should b a safe score .

Guys I could not save the letter in descriptive section, and at the end it showed only 2 attempted out of 3 in the descriptive section. What does it mean?. Should I consider that my letter was not saved for evaluation.
Overall, the paper was a mix bag….
Attempting descriptive through keyboard was indeed new of its kind…meeting the given word limit for all the three questions n tht too in the stipulated time of 30 mins requires exceptionally good speed…so,attempting all 3 questions fully w/o focussing on word limit is what one needs to take care of..

Lost 10 marks in descrptive paper for precis. Even though I wrote the answer, as the exam was coming to an end, I was concentrating to complete the last sentence of the answer since I don’t want an imperfect sentence in my answer. I was relieved as I completed the sentence and was happy and the exam was over. But I was shocked to see the summary screen with answered-2, unanswered-1. Wht the hel !!! They dnt have automatic answer saving on descriptive paper ? The must had notified us ths earlier. This s fraud. :-(
It was clearly mentioned in the instruction. Even my cousin made the same mistake.
U shud know that its not automatic saving..u have to click save and submit
its understood..but i do agree some keys of keyboard were not working
and i had to work with mouse to move the cursor…only typed with keyboard
its common sense that once ur done with ur typing u click save n submit..
so that if u come back later the original content is saved

Happened with me too, but before the test we were given instructions that the descriptive test will be auto saved every 30 seconds, moreover after the exam, a pop up showed that ‘All your answers have been automatically saved’ So I don’t think we need to worry.

This year it might be 130-135 ;)
cut off will be around 120 objective + 10 descriptive. Last year the common exam was taken by all the insurance companies together. This year less people have applied for the uiicl ao exams and there are more people in Niacl exam.

I think you guys have not read the instructions properly
For UII the third instruction for descriptive part clearly said “you are not allowed to click on final submit button before the test
finishes The responses (for descriptive) will be automatically saved at the end of the test.”
and for SBI associates I already confirmed with IBPS regarding issue of save answer for descriptive part and IBPS person said
since the test was written no issues.You may confirm by calling to IBPS centre.
So stop worrying and don’t believe on any bullshit roomers like “your answer will not be evaluated”
No Prashant to save answer one have to save answer. It is instructed by our invigilator clearly before the start of descriptive paper.

Prashant, this auto save happens for the session on our system not when the answers are to be posted to the server. So here, only submitted answers will be checked.
As I tried, many of others might have, if we mark any answer and proceed without clicking ‘save and submit’ the question remains unattempted, and as per their instruction in 120mins paper, they are submitted only if we click on ‘save and submit’ button. So this validates my above proposal.
But this instruction should be properly communication in that test. Having said so, please prove me wrong, because I too didn’t submit third answer. :(
