United Insurance Administrative Officer exam is to be held on 28th or 29th December 2014. They had decided to conduct direct “Mains” exam. I hereby request the players to share their online exam experience / trend analysis, for the benefit of future aspirants.

- Did they ask non-verbal reasoning? (Image based questions) if yes what variety? (Paper folding / mirror images / dice color etc.)
- Overall Difficulty level and how many questions did you attempt in this section correctly?
Quantitative Aptitude (50 Questions)
- Variety of questions- did they ask interest rate, profit-loss, time work etc. or was it entirely based on Data interpretation sets?
- How lengthy was the data interpretation (DI) set?
- Did they ask permutation combination probability and Venn diagrams?
- Overall Difficulty level and how many questions did you attempt in this section correctly?
English (40 questions for both Gen & Spec.)
- How many Qs from comprehension? Their length and difficultly level compared to SBI PO / CAT / CSAT?
- Did they ask separate questions on vocabulary, phrases, synonym-antonym etc? (or was it part of the comprehension passage e.g. what is the meaning of underlined word in passage)?
- Did they ask sentence arrangement sets like CDS and CAT exam?

- What were the major areas? (E.g. network-internet, security, office, hardware, OS etc.)

- For specialist officers: syllabus said, computer will be asked within Quantitative aptitude portion, so how many computer MCQs were asked?
Technical knowledge (40 Qs for Specialists only)
- Name of your field: Legal / Automobile / Finance.
- Nature and difficulty level of questions.
- Which books / material / web-resources did you utilize for preparing this?
- How many questions did you attempt correctly? How easy / difficult was it compared to other bank specialist officer exams you’ve appeared in?

- Essay writing: What topics given? how many marks? Which one did you write? What points did you include in it?
- Letter writing: what topic and how many marks?
- Précis was worth how many marks?

Job bond system applies in United India AO
- In case any candidate is still unaware: United India insurance AO job requires you to sign a bond for four years, otherwise damages equivalent to 1 year’s salary, will have to be paid.
- + If you resign within probation period, you’ll have to pay additional 25,000 rupees as damages.

which i consider it as a poor attempt. because there will be many big wigs in this exam who can easily cross 160+ attempts and no of posts is 300. given that people who are getting scores below 130 should just close every thing and prepare for new india assurance. we now know the pattern and we can screw it this time for nia

Maths was very time consuming.I attempted only 27 questions in numerical apptitude section…

computer section was very easy most of the people can attempt 20 ,quantitative some what lengthy , reasoning is moderate , English and general awareness above moderate, descriptive was very lengthy, one who do not know typing cannot answer all the questions, for me it was very lengthy. even though i answered all the questions display showed that 2 answered and one unanswered

Overall very good Experience.
Exam was filled with typical Syllogism, Analytical reasoning, number series, Data Intepretation.
English was very easy, Computer Literacy was a cake walk. GA not much difficult except a 2-5 ques.
Descriptive was very easy could be completed easily in 30 min.
Time is the main factor, its all about have you manage your time to answer all the question. GA & English hardly takes 15 min. Each Computer Literacy 5 min. And we get about good 85 min to solve 100 Quant and Reasoning. Now its all about how you manage to deal with this section. I would suggest to first attempt 30 – 30 question from both section and move to other section. Then if time persists attempt rest 20-20 question.
Mind it !! its a very Cliche Question Exam, its all about time management.
That’s all about my experience with Exam, Now about my Centre. My Centre was in Pune Azam Campus. It was a very good ambiance with AC, there lenovo desktop with wireless mouse and keyboard. Hardware were excellent and the Invigilator was very cooperative and humble person. I wish they could have given extra rough sheets.
Please read Instruction handout given with call letter it is very helpfull at the time of exams, and helps you prevent on site exam surprises.

reasoning section same as ibps po,sbi po.
quant section was quite hard they asked 3-4 lines questions but DI part and quadratic equation was easy.
English section was okay,para jumble is tough.computer section section is like bread n butter.in awareness section they asked most of the questions from insurance sector and economics related questions..
overall paper was easy compare with ibps po..
Sree the same thing happened with me as automatic saving was there in objective type exam but not in descriptive,and also there were no instructions given at the begining of the descriptive exam,this was the case with many others but when we contacted the college administrators they said that we should have clicked on save and next.

Paper was easy as compare to IBPS PO..
1) Reasoning is very easy. Seating arrangement were very easy unlike IBPS PO.. ( Although i only did 34..)
2) Quant was also easy again in comparison with IBPS PO.. ( i did 25)
3) English section : i found it similar to IBPS PO level..bt only one passage,, (i did 30)
4) Gneral Awareness: This section contain direct questions.. No many statements were given,, direct questions.. focused on financial awareness, RBI, Currency, Day, Capital… etc.. i found it difficult for me ( did only 22)
5) Computer :: very easy section… question related to, copy paste option, input-output were thr..( i did 19)

Bro take violet line metro from central secretariat and get down at badarpur metro station .From there u can take direct auto but it will cost high or take roadways bus to ballabhgarh and from ballabhgarh bus stand take an auto to bs anganpuria college.till ballabhgarh bus will take around 40 minutes den auto will take another 25 minutes to college.Auto willl take u from sohna road…..ATB

2) Metro to badarpur—————> Take a Auto from stand straight to center(approx. 37 km) Fare will be Rs 350 or shared Rs 50 if 5-6 students are there.
According to me option 2 is better choice for u, since ur havin exam in morning shift.
