- 10th January 2016: UPSC conducted the MCQ test for recruitment of 170 APFC in EPFO (Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner in Employees Provident Fund Organization) under Ministry Of Labor And Employment.
- Vacancies: SC-24, ST-14, OBC-54 & UR-78 = 170 post (+8 horizontal reserved for PH).
- 21st March 2016: UPSC result of written stage, and invited 570 candidates for the interview.

- But in the meantime, these 570 must send copy of their documents to UPSC, New Delhi by 5th April 2016. [and bring original docs during interview]

- Original / Provisional Degree certificate + marksheet.
- Work experience certificate

- If already in Government service, then need to show declaration that they’ve informed their HoD.
- Ex-servicemen, J&K domicile related certificate.

What is the cut off in apfc
It is given that there are 570 selected candidates.But in the document there are only 569 valid roll no’s and one other with 9999999.Can someone help in resolving this issue

there is 0.00027777777% chance that it is your number. and 0% if 999999 is really a valid roll number. you have assumed that it is not valid roll number but upsc may have allotted this kind of roll number to physically handicap or other category student. So it keep calm and prepare for upcoming exam.
Ph wont be allowed this kind of number…because iam ph and i dont have this kind of roll number and iam in ….
I have filed an RTI and the my roll is greater than the last qualified roll no which raises my suspicion and that roll no should be a mistake or a special case.Let’s see.

any one please explain the impact of recent rate cuts of small saving scheme on economy. will it increase inflation as people will buy lot of exported goods and golds.

it will not have direct impact on inflation , since the rate cuts for small savings scheme will save more money for GOI and with that gov will invest more in the economy like infra, rail etc (announced in budget). it will create employment , give people money and so there will be inflation in the long run. Since this rate cut will be revised every quarter according to market, it will be less prone to inflation.

I went to upsc, they told me its not issue, so i submitted admit card instead and wrote a letter to secretary.

Yes I am sending the admit card along with certificate xerox..and other application if there is any I am not able to access as not able to log in to upsconline website. .

You can visit UPSC office personally. At ”Facilitation Center” you can request for the same. One of my friends lost his roll no for CDS exam and it did work. People at FC counter are very cooperative.
Admit card and application form are different. We need to send app form as it contains bio data details like graduation details, hobbies etc, all of which form the basis of UPSC interview. Admit card is no use to UPSC as they can’t take interview based on our exam center details :P
