- Summon letters for PT/Interview to all the eligible candidates are being issued.
- If any eligible candidate do not receive summon letter for PT/Interview, he/she may contact on Tel. No. 011-23386281 or can send message on Fax No. 011-23 387310.
- He/she may contact UPSC Facilitation Counter near Gate “C” of its campus in person or over Telephone Nos. 011-2338527 1/ 011-23381125/ 011-23098543 on all working days between 1000 hrs to 1700 hrs. Yes, morning session 17 th . its me bro (050819). i havnt got the letter yet.
You can submit it at the time of interview. You don’t have to send anything.

hey i got morning session 17th , what should i wear? i was thinking of western formals….someone suggested a saree…pls help……and i have confusion regarding the 12th point in the form…it requires us to send an immediate acknowledgement of the letter received…….i really din get it…if anyone has clarity over this issue?

Sir, congratulation to all of them who got selected. I am a bit perplexed that for 401 seats altogether, they have selected only 620 candidates. Does they do so every year, thereby making this stage almost easy for the candidates. Please give your views……

How much surge in the total numbr of seats could be expected considering the past records?
may be 401+50 + reserve list(aprx 80)…so 520-550 could be expected
The ratio of total numbr of candidates to the total numbr of seats always goes like dis or nly dis tym it is lyk dat i.e 900/500??

What is the format for OBC undertaking?
OBC performa format is one and same for all UPSC exam.
Although CAPF 2012 notification itself doesnt have but check page 4 and 5 of this APFC notification:

i have passed my bsc in2012 but i do not have my bsc degree certificate in my interview letter they have clearly written that bring original degree certificate but our university can not provide me my original degree within a short time ya i have provisional
so pls what to do

in normal cases provisional is enough…..even i dnt knw why upsc is asking ur degree…in their call letter they have mentioned degree or equivalent certificate in original………so as per instr. 7(2) provisnl can be considerd………..so u can go wth that…try to arrange ur degree as early as possible and send to upsc..
reg. attsttn form, u have to fill it first and take four copies of that without ur sign,gztd officers sign and photo…after taking copies jst paste ur photos in all 5,put ur sign in all 5 and get attstn frm gztd officr in all five…..so urs and gz.officers signature wil be in ink…ok

Necktie is worn not for the fashion statement but as a mark of respect towards interviewers. This old people in their 50-60s who conduct interviews,…their definition and expectation of a refined gentleman is different and necktie is an essential part of it. So better just swallow down your discomfort and wear the tie for those 15-20 minutes.
