When AAP Government demanded referendum for full statehood to Delhi, the minister of State for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju lashed out- "Is Kejriwal intoxicated by the Brexit referendum? In our country, everything works as per Constitution. And there is no one who is above that!"

Q. Outline the role of “Parliamentary Secretary”. Why is there a demand to bring it under “office of profit”?
